Course Sequence - Complete in Order Listed
When directed to complete a General Education Elective, select a course within the category from the list of approved General Education Courses .
For Program Electives, any 3-4 credit course with the prefix of ARSC, ASTR, BIOL, CHEM, ERSC, ENVS or GEOG may be used to fulfill this requirement. PHYS 252 may also be used. One-credit science labs, in conjunction to their lecture counterparts are encouraged.
Additionally, CSIT 211-269 may also be used to fulfill this requirement. Courses with prefixes ENSC, ENGT, EMET or ELEI may be used. MATH 163 and MATH 165 may be used to fulfill program elective requirements, but must be taken before taking MATH 251 . This course sequence reflects the curriculum for a student who has completed any developmental coursework and has no transfer credits. Completion of 30 credits per year is needed to earn this degree within two years.
Notes
*Credit students who are new to college (no successfully completed transferable college credits from other institutions) are required to take ACDV 101 - Academic Development 101 . This 1-credit course is designed to be taken in the first semester at CCBC. Students must provide an official transcript(s) from an accredited institution to document successful completion of college coursework for the ACDV 101 requirement to be waived.
