OSHT 142 - Environmental Law and Regulation

Focuses on long-standing legislation such as the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Superfund, and the Toxic Substance Control Act, as well as more recent programs such as Pollution Prevention Act and Brownfields; assesses the regulatory frameworks responsible for environmental regulations. Course offered once a year (fall or spring).
