THTR 101 - Introduction to the Theatre 3 Credit(s).
Students explore the theatrical experience by studying theatre’s relationship to and impact on culture. Students examine how theatre-makers connect to an audience in various times and places using evolving tools and aesthetics. Along with scholarship, students experiment creatively with the major collaborative aspects of a theatrical production. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.
