PELF 111 - Slimnastics/Conditioning 1 Credit(s).
Focus on overall toning, strengthening and improvement in flexibility of major muscles. It is designed with the purpose to energize and motivate further participation in exercise and empower students with the knowledge and skill to set and adhere to personal goals. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.
