MORS 142 - Mortuary Laws and Practices II 3 Credit(s).
Examines the legal principles involved in the conduct of business; covers contracts, agency, bailment, negotiable instruments, legal forms, liability, real property, and wills and estates. Course offered once a year (fall or spring).
Prerequisite(s): MORS 141 with a “C” or better. Students who have successfully completed two college-level business law courses equivalent to MNGT 140 and MNGT 141 may apply for a waiver for MORS 142. Common Course Outline: MORS 142 CCO
