Mortuary Science Semester Sequence

Students are required to complete the English and Mathematics General Education requirements in the first 24 credit hours of courses. Other General Education and prerequisite courses required for acceptance into the program can be completed in the order students desire taking into account course prerequisites and course frequencies. The schedule below reflects the suggested sequence for students to pursue who have been accepted into the program and who have completed General Education and prerequisite courses.

Note:

*If a student is required to complete ACDV 101 —Transitioning to College (1 credit), this course should be taken in the first semester at CCBC. This course must be finished prior to completing the Selective Admissions process and entering the Mortuary Science program.
