A continuation of Business Law I and continues with the legal principles involved in the conduct of businesses. Topics covered include partnerships, corporations, securities regulation, negotiable instruments, secured transactions, real property and landlord/tenant. Course offered fall, spring, and may be offered during additional sessions.
