Upon successful completion of this certificate, students will be able to:
demonstrate the following core competencies: communication, global perspective/social responsibility, independent learning/personal management, and problem solving skills;
critically apply software skills to solve business problems in a variety of situations;
demonstrate proficiency in creating business intelligence by using spreadsheets, databases, and web technologies; and
