This course is designed to enable the student to practice skills from HSL036 Casino Table Games Dealer. Topics to be covered include exceptional customer service and fundamentals of casino gaming rules and techniques. Emphasis will be placed on customer service techniques, accuracy, and taking and paying currency and checks.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, the students should be able to:
1. demonstrate thorough knowledge of fundamentals of gaming and various major game rules,
2. demonstrate a proficiency in dealing various casino games,
3. demonstrate accuracy making all payouts,
4. demonstrate the ability to pass an instructors audition, and
5. demonstrate a proficiency in exceptional customer service techniques.
