CMDP 101 - Effects of Alcohol and Other Drugs

3 Credit(s).

Provides an overview of the physiological and psychological effects of alcohol and other drugs on the user; examines drug absorption, distribution, metabolism and half-life, tolerance and cross tolerance, and drug elimination for each drug classification. Course offered fall, spring, and may be offered during additional sessions.

Prerequisite(s): RDNG 052  or ESOL 054  or LVR 2 and ENGL 052  or ESOL 052  or LVE 2 or
