SOCL 223 - Juvenile Delinquency


3 Credits.

Studies the causes, volume and trends in delinquent behavior by children; examines the efforts of social control agencies to predict, prevent, treat, and control juvenile delinquency with emphasis on the organization and procedures used to implement social policies to reduce the incidence of delinquent act. Courses offered every fall and spring semester.

Same As: EDTR 223  and CRJU 223 . Credit can be earned for one course only.
Prerequisite(s): ENGL 52  and RDNG 52  or ESOL 54  and ESOL 52 .
