RADT 202 - Radiography IV 8 Credits.
Continues the Radiography sequence with the sixth course; consists of both classroom and clinical sessions. Special positioning views and techniques for trauma, pediatric, and geriatric populations; correlation of sectional anatomy with medical images; introduction to interventional and cardiovascular imaging; introduces advanced medical imaging with a venipuncture unit. Also includes radiation protection. Provides continued participation in actual radiographic procedures as students assist staff at the clinical sites. 4 lecture hours. 24 laboratory hours per week; 15 weeks. Courses offered once a year (fall or spring).
