PEFT 101 - Lifetime Fitness and Wellness 3 Credits.
Lifetime Fitness and Wellness introduces the student to the multi-dimensional theories of wellness to enable the student to make informal, proactive lifestyle choices. Topics to be covered include components of fitness, nutrition, weight control, stress management, cardiovascular disease, and wellness across the lifespan. Courses offered every fall and spring semester.
