NURN 104 - Foundation of Nursing Practice Lab

1 Credits.

Foundations of Nursing Lab establishes a firm basis to build subsequent practical nursing courses. The focus is on the essential principles and skills needed for the student to begin learning the role of the practical nurse. Practice and performance of basic nursing skills are provided through faculty guided campus laboratory. NURN 103 is the theory associated with this course. Courses offered every fall and spring semester.

Prerequisite(s): ENGL 52  or ESOL 52 , and  RDNG 52  or ESOL 54 , and MATH 82 ; and eligibility for ENGL 101 . 
Corequisite(s): NURN 103  or written permission from program director.
