Welcome to the Community College of Baltimore County, an exciting place to be. Our campuses are diverse, vibrant and alive with activity, and we invite you to become a part of the CCBC community. Whether you’re looking to obtain a degree, transfer to a four-year university, update your job skills or just take a course for fun, our faculty and staff are here for you. At CCBC you learn from the best – highly trained and credentialed faculty committed to student success.

CCBC has more than 100 associate degree and certificate programs from which you can choose. Our price is right and our opportunities endless. We like to say, “Start here and then go anywhere!” Whether you are looking for a job, need some retraining or are hoping to transfer to a four-year college or university, we are prepared to support your efforts.

I invite you to not only browse (and bookmark) our catalog, but also to step inside our campuses to discover all that CCBC has to offer. Take a class, enjoy a concert, stroll through our gardens and galleries or cheer on one of our nationally ranked athletic teams. There’s a lot to see, a lot to do, and a lot to learn.

Thanks for visiting us online. Now we will look forward to you visiting us on campus.

Best regards,

Sandra Kurtinitis, Ph.D.

Adjustments to Learning Environments:

CCBC reserves the right to provide instruction and related academic activities through alternative methods of delivery, including remote delivery.  CCBC also reserves the right to change the method of delivery before or during an academic term in the event of a health or safety emergency or other circumstance when it deems such a change necessary or in the best interests of the CCBC community.

We are committed to making informed decisions regarding the Fall 2020 semester during these uncertain times and are considering three methods of delivery as we monitor COVID-19 developments:

  • If it is endorsed by all federal, state and local health officials and it is achievable, CCBC will provide on-campus learning.
  • If it is permissible and consistent with prevailing health and other guidance, CCBC may provide a hybrid of on-campus and remote experiences.
  • Certain circumstances may require CCBC to offer all services remotely.

Additional options may become available as we monitor developments.  Regardless of changes in the learning environment for Fall 2020 or other semesters, the tuition and fees will be the same.  The tuition and fees you provide are in exchange for learning, academic credit, and certain non-academic services, whether they are provided on campus, in a hybrid environment, or entirely remotely.
