Semester Sequence
This is a suggested schedule for a student who has completed any developmental course work and has no transfer credits. Please contact the program coordinator for a suggested schedule starting in the Spring semester.

Note
*Credit students who are new to college (no successfully completed transferable college credits from other institutions) are required to take ACDV 101 - Academic Development: Transitioning to College . This 1-credit course is designed to be taken in the first semester at CCBC. Students must provide an official transcript(s) from an accredited institution to document successful completion of college coursework for the ACDV 101 requirement to be waived.
Program Description
A Certificate in Aviation Management will be awarded to students completing the above pattern with a 2.0 GPA or higher. This program is designed to prepare students to enter airline or airport operations, terminal and airport ramp management, airport security and airport support functions.

Some aviation classes have lab fees . Fees are subject to change at the discretion of the Community College of Baltimore County.
Program Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this certificate, students will be able to:
- apply government regulations, security standards, and safety and environmental concerns to support implementation of appropriate strategic and tactical business methodologies;
- utilize technology to enhance airport and airline efficiency and competitiveness; and
- speak and write effectively for professional business communication in the airline industry.
