Follow this General Education sequence for the following transfer patterns: Accounting; Anthropology; Art, Design, and Interactive Media; Communication Studies; Creative Writing; Dance; Economics; English; Health; History; Mass Communication; Music; Native American Studies; Philosophy; Physical Education; Political Science; Psychology; Sociology; Theatre/Performance; Theatre/Technical Design and Production; Women’s Studies; and World Languages.

Choose courses in each category from the list of approved General Education courses . Consult your Program of Study page for more specific guidance on general education classes.

One course must be a Diversity course. Diversity courses are indicated with an asterisk (*).

  • Arts and Humanities 3 Credits.
  • Biological and Physical Sciences (from 2 disciplines or 2-course sequence, 1 with a lab) 7-8 Credits.
  • Information Technology 3 Credits.
  • Mathematics 3-4 Credits.
  • Social and Behavioral Sciences 6 Credits.
  • Wellness and Health 3 Credits.
