SBA 042 - SALES MANAGER-MODULE2 XX Continuing Education Units (CEU). This course is not for Credit(s).
Course Objectives:
This continuing education course is designed to teach essential skills for success in the roles of sales management. Topics to be covered include: situational sales, effective selling techniques, leading a sales team, creating and implementing a sales plan, and prospect identification.
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
1. analyze basic sales mechanics,
2. apply techniques for leading and managing a sales team,
3. plan and execute a sales strategy,
4. demonstrate the ability to create a positive feedback sales loop,
5. demonstrate effective customer relationship management skills, and
6. identify key attributes of successful sales managers.
