SBA 041 - SALES MANAGER-MODULE1 XX Continuing Education Units (CEU). This course is not for Credit(s).
Course Objectives:
This continuing education course is designed to teach essential skills for success in the roles of sales representatives . Topics to be covered include: product knowledge, customer relationships, situational sales, and effective selling techniques.
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
1. analyze basic sales mechanics,
2. plan and execute a sales strategy,
3. demonstrate the ability to create a positive feedback sales loop,
4. demonstrate effective customer relationship management skills, and
5. identify key attributes of successful sales representatives.
