MGT 944 - LEAD TO SUCCEED II: SUPERVISORY CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

XX Continuing Education Units (CEU). This course is not for Credit(s).

Course Objectives:
This continuing education course is designed to provide a comprehensive exploration of the challenges and opportunities faced by supervisors. Topics to be covered include: addressing common problems inherent in supervisory roles and developing of effective resolution strategies through a case study and problem-solving approach.

Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
1. identify and apply the steps in the 7-step problem-solving technique,
2. complete fact analysis on case studies,
3. construct solutions to supervisory problems , and
4. identify and apply currently accepted supervisory principles in solving problems.
