This course is designed for the student who is a registered first year plumber apprentice who is employed full-time and working toward journeyman status. Topics include: oxy-acetylene cutting and welding, soldering and brazing, and piping materials.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
1. Perform oxy-acetylene cutting and welding.
2. Solder and braze pipe connections.
3. Identify piping materials and fittings.
