This course is designed to enable the student to learn how to install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, and network hardware. This course also prepares students to take the CompTIA A+ certification exams. Topics to be covered include: Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems; their built-in tools and utilities; networking devices; implementing security measures to protect devices and networks; and best practices for operational procedures such as documentation and environmental safety.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
