Advanced Leadership Skills

Program Description


Intended for existing and emerging leaders to further enhance and expand leadership capabilities, accelerating personal and professional growth. Leaders need to work up, down, and across an organization, and need the skills to do so with influence and finesse. Leaders need to be able to empower, inspire and motivate staff, negotiate and communicate clearly, and develop and lead strong teams, regardless of the type of organization.

Program Objectives


CCBC Credential: Students will be awarded a Continuing Education Workforce Training Certificate and have access to a Continuing Education academic record (transcript).​​

This program is offered in an in-person classroom or laboratory format.

High School Diploma or GED. Recommended 2-3 years work experience. ​

To apply, go to www.ccbcmd.edu/apply and complete the CCBC Non-Credit Workforce Training Certificate application.  An email will then be sent with program information and any additional requirements necessary to apply for the program.
