Fall Semester Year 1*

CONT 151 - Construction Planning and Scheduling 3 Credits.
CONT 166 - Construction Supervision and Leadership 3 Credits.

Spring Semester Year 1

CONT 254 - Construction Project Management 3 Credits.
CONT 255 - Construction Procurement and Contracting 3 Credits. **

Fall Semester Year 2

CONT 256 - Construction Cost Control 3 Credits. **

Note:

*If a student is required to complete ACDV 101 —Transitioning to College (1 credit), this course should be taken in the first semester and will increase the number of credits required for the certificate by 1 credit.

**Students should take CONT 255 OR CONT 256 to complete the certificate requirements.
