AVMT 277 - Tower Cab Skills Practice

3 Credit(s).

This course is one of three qualifying courses for FAA Enhanced Collegiate Training Initiative (ECTI) program for air traffic control. This initial tower cab training course is designed for students who will be assigned to terminal FAA air traffic control facilities, or will apply to control towers participating in the federal Contract Tower program. Students will receive classroom and laboratory instruction and practice on tabletop and control tower simulation systems. Students must be admitted to the Enhanced Collegiate Training Initiative (ECTI) program to register for this course. Course offered once a year (summer).
