AVMT 141 - Private Pilot Ground School

3 Credit(s).

Provides all required ground instruction for the Private, Recreational, and Sport Pilot Certificates; and upon successful completion of this course, students will receive an endorsement to take the FAA Private Pilot knowledge examination. Discusses aerodynamics, aircraft systems, aircraft control and operation, communications, airspace, navigation, weight and balance, meteorology, FAA regulations, Crew Resource Management, and aircraft performance. NOTE: Course offered fall, spring, and may be offered during additional sessions.
